Paramira Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 September 2026
Paramira turns a photo into a tilt-responsive spatial wallpaper. This policy explains what the app does with your data.
The short version
Photos are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded. The app sends anonymous crash reports so we can fix bugs, and has no accounts, no usage analytics, and no advertising.
What the app accesses
- Photos you choose. When you pick a photo through the Android photo picker, the app reads only that photo. It does not scan your library.
- Motion sensors. The app reads the accelerometer and gyroscope to move the wallpaper as you tilt the phone. Sensor readings are used in real time and are not stored.
What the app stores
The app saves your projects (the chosen photo, the separated subject and background layers, and your adjustments) in its private storage on your device. This data stays on the device, is not shared with anyone, and is deleted when you delete a project or uninstall the app.
What the app shares
The app never sends your photos or projects to us or to any third party. If the app crashes, it sends an anonymous crash report (stack trace, app version, device model, Android version, and a random installation identifier) to Firebase Crashlytics, a Google service, so we can diagnose and fix the problem. Crash reports contain no photos and no personal information.
Third-party components
Subject detection uses Google’s ML Kit subject segmentation, which runs on your device. Google Play services may download the segmentation model to your phone the first time it is needed. Your photos are not sent to Google for this. Google Play services is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
Children
The app is not directed at children and collects no personal data from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at the same address with a new date.
